These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and heh55 ("heh55", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the heh55 online casino and sports betting platform available at heh55.app and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains (collectively, "the Platform").

1.1 Platform Availability

heh55 operates as an online gaming platform primarily serving players in Bangladesh. The Platform is accessible twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, subject to scheduled maintenance windows and circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, network outages, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions. heh55 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be held liable for losses attributable to platform downtime, provided that downtime does not result from heh55's deliberate or reckless conduct.

1.2 Applicable Law

Where a conflict exists between a specific game provider's rules and these Terms, the provider's rules shall govern in respect of that specific game. 4.4 Failed and Declined Transactions

heh55 is not responsible for transaction failures attributable to your mobile financial service provider, your bank, network connectivity issues, or incorrect account details provided during the transaction. 5.1 General Bonus Conditions

5.3 Seasonal and Cricket Promotions

6.1 Player Obligations

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at registration and during any subsequent KYC or verification process.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share your username or password with any other person.
• Ensure that all funds deposited to heh55 originate from sources lawfully owned by you — heh55 must not be used to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Notify heh55 promptly if you become aware of any error in your account balance or in any game outcome affecting your account.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the heh55 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure:

Either party — the player or heh55 — may initiate account closure. The circumstances under which each party may act, and the consequences of closure, are set out below.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your heh55 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, heh55 will confirm your identity and check for any pending wagers, active bonus cycles, or open withdrawal requests. Closure will be processed within two business days of a verified request. Any eligible balance (real-money funds net of bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

7.3 heh55-Initiated Suspension or Closure

heh55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder has provided false identity or verification information.
• Evidence of collusion, fraud, money laundering, or systematic bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute on a deposit transaction.
• Reasonable suspicion of unauthorised account access by a third party (suspension pending security review).
• Any other circumstance in which continued account access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

Where an account is closed by heh55 for a legitimate reasons unrelated to player fault (e.g., Platform discontinuation in a region), any verifiable real-money balance will be returned to the originating payment method. Where closure results from a confirmed Terms violation, heh55 reserves the right to withhold or forfeit the balance to the extent permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the nature of the violation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, heh55's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to heh55 during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Exclusions

heh55 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable at the time it arose:

• Loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings arising from the use of the Platform.
• Losses attributable to platform downtime, technical errors, or communication failures beyond heh55's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by a player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, game statistics, or promotional materials.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to read and comply with these Terms or with the rules of individual games.

8.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or data corruption that affects the outcome of a wager, heh55 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in a displayed win that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions, heh55 is not obligated to honour that win. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all heh55 game formats.

8.3 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless heh55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform in a manner not authorised by these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

8.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. If modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
